- Details you give us: when you ask for a call or email us, we collect your name, work email, company, team size and anything else you tell us. If you use the readiness check or calculator and then send a request, we include your answers so we can prepare.
- Basic usage data: like most websites, our hosting provider may record technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. This keeps the site secure and running.
- Visit statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages people find useful. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't follow you to other websites and doesn't identify you.
The readiness check and calculator run in your browser. Nothing you enter is sent to us unless you submit the request form.
Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare, our hosting and security provider, may set cookies that are needed to protect the site from abuse.
How we use it
- To reply to you and set up a call.
- To prepare a proposal if you ask for one.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We don't sell your information, and we won't add you to a mailing list unless you agree.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with service providers who help us run our business, and only as far as they need it to provide their service:
- Cloudflare hosts this website, routes email sent to our buildorg.ai addresses and provides the visit statistics described above.
- Web3Forms receives the request form and delivers it to us by email.
- Our email and scheduling providers, so we can reply to you and arrange a call.
Some of these providers may handle information outside your country. When they do, they use the safeguards that data protection law requires. We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need to reply and follow up, and for up to two years after that. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as our contract and the law require.
Your rights
